Jay’s Detailing

Jay's Detailing did an absolutely amazing job on my car! Their pricing was very reasonable, quick to get an appointment and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. My car was absolutely immaculate inside and out—it honestly looked like it had just rolled off the dealership lot. You can tell they put a lot of time, care, and attention into every detail. The effort they put into making my car look brand new did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Jay's Detailing to anyone looking for top-quality work at a fair price. I'll definitely be coming back!

My sister and I paid to have our mom’s car detailed for Mother’s Day, and unfortunately we were really disappointed with the experience overall. As first-time customers, the communication and interaction with the owner was not great, and the original quoted timeframe of 3–4 hours turned into almost 8 hours. the owner did give us a small discount for the almost double amount of time we were quoted, but the interaction was not what I would have expected from the owner. I felt extremely uncomfortable while I was picking up the car. That said, the biggest issue was the quality of the detail itself. We paid for both an interior and exterior detail, but the work looked incomplete. The rims appeared like they were not wiped down, areas such as the rubber inside the door frames were not cleaned at all, we removed the floor mats and found a straw/wrapped under one making it seems like they were not removed during cleaning, among other issues with the quality. The exterior honestly would have looked better if we had just taken it through a regular car wash for a fraction of the price. We were hoping to do something nice for our mom, so it was frustrating to spend the money and still feel l

I’ve taken all my vehicles and my parents vehicles to Jay. They are prompt, efficient, and an A+ job whether it’s interior detail, tinting, even a headliner replacement and vinyl job I’ve had it all done by Jay’s Detailing.

My husband I dropped off his car to have the windows tinted. When we returned to pick it up, we noticed scratches on the back driver door and a scuffing across the front bumper as if it rubbed against another car. When we pointed it out Jay denied it happening while at his shop.. said “wish you would have checked the car over closer first” .. there was nothing to check over, the car was in perfect condition when we dropped it off! (Besides one spot on the hood that we were already aware of). I refused to pay until he makes it right… he then offered to buff it out (but advised the scratches were pretty deep) - we’ve only had the car 3 weeks, we wouldn’t have bought it if those scratches were there… He also told my husband when they went inside that he needs to control me better — excuse me? He did end up completing the buff; however the scratches are still visible and now I need to contact a body shop for repairs out of pocket as a result of his services. Overall, our cars will not be returning to Jays nor will we recommend their services.

Did an amazing job! Definitely would come back to you if I need another car tinted. Dropped it off same day, got me in quick and didn’t take them long at all. If any one wants quality work take it to this shop! Best shop around
